- You will be offered about 16 dates to choose from.
- Maximum group size: 12 players per age group.
- Each session consists of 1 hour of on ice activities and emphasizes on individual improvement of the following skills:
- Skating: balance control, footwork, speed, starts, stops, turns, crossover skating, transitioning from forward to backwards and back
- Power skating with pucks, puck control at full speed, puck protection
- Passing and shooting: forehand, backhand, wrist shot, slap shot, snap shot
- Checking and body positioning
