2nd hour of ice will consist of skill development with pucks:

Power skating with pucks, puck control at full speed, puck protection

Passing and shooting: forehand, backhand, wrist shot, slap shot, snap shot, quick puck release

1 x1 special drills for defensemen

3 times a week of 1 hour of Dryland , fitness training, proper stretching

2 times a week of 1 hour of classroom education and game situation for defensemen

Light Snack is provided and includes a fruit, a power bar and a bottle of water

Players are divided into groups by similar age and skill level

Maximum camp size 50 players (25 players in each age group)
